How much does it cost to list an item?+
Listing is completely free. Vendou doesn't charge the seller anything. The fee (8.5% + $0.85) is paid by the buyer.
Can I edit my listing after publishing?+
Yes, you can edit the title, description, price, and photos at any time from your dashboard.
How do I set the right price?+
Look at similar listings on Vendou. Generally, a secondhand item is priced at 20-40% of its retail price depending on condition.
What if the buyer doesn't confirm receipt?+
If the buyer doesn't confirm within 5 days of delivery, funds are automatically released to your wallet.
Can I sell new items?+
Yes! Vendou accepts new items with or without tags. Just make sure to describe the condition accurately in your listing.
