1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the terms of sale between individuals on the Vendou platform. Vendou acts as a trusted third party facilitating transactions, operated by ZENTARA BUSINESS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. Price and Fees

💰 The seller receives 100% of their listed price via bank transfer. Vendou fees are paid exclusively by the buyer. Minimum payout amount is $10.

3. Order Process

Step 1: The buyer selects the item and clicks "Buy"
Step 2: Secure payment via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Step 3: The seller is notified and has 5 business days to ship
Step 4: The buyer confirms receipt within 48 hours
Step 5: Funds are released to the seller via bank transfer within 48 business hours

4. Shipping

Shipping timeframes and costs are estimates and depend on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Vendou works with major US shipping carriers to provide shipping labels and tracking.

5. Seller Payout

The seller receives 100% of their listed price, with no deductions. Funds are held securely by Vendou until the buyer confirms receipt, then released via bank transfer.

Processing time: 48 business hours after request
Bank transfer to the registered bank account

6. Right of Withdrawal

⚠️ Transactions between individuals for secondhand items are generally exempt from standard consumer "cooling-off" return rights that apply to sales by businesses. Any return or refund is handled through Vendou's buyer protection process described below, not through a statutory right of withdrawal.

7. Legal Warranties

Individual sellers are not subject to the legal warranties that apply to professional merchants. However, Vendou offers buyer protection in the event of a clear non-conformity between the item and its description.

8. Refunds

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

Item not received within 15 business days
Item not matching its description (dispute opened within 48h of receipt)
Item damaged in transit (supported by photos)
