How do I make an offer?
On a listing page, use the "Make an offer" form to propose your price. The seller can accept, decline, or make a counter-offer.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. Your data is encrypted and secure.
What if the item doesn't match the description?
Open a dispute within 48h of receipt from your account. Send photos. Vendou reviews the case and refunds you if the dispute is validated.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel before the seller ships. After shipping, you must wait for delivery and open a dispute if needed.
